This class is a culmination of all the tools l've found to be useful in the mission of building powerful, efficient, & injury resistant runner, from general strength & power development, to Plyometrics & Isometrics, this class will include all the tools I’ve found to be effective in my experience of working with Runners for their Strength & Conditioning
Whether you're prepping for your next big mission/race, or you just enjoy a park-run & would like to see that time come down a little, even if you're thinking about getting into running, this class is designed to integrate into your routine alongside your own running training
